The youngest director at Anthem Films, Tim Hendrix, learned Macromedia (remember Macromedia?) Flash when he was only 8 years old. He later learned After Effects when he was 12. He started making music videos at age 18, and at age 21 became a member of the Anthem Films family.
Tim’s work blends the lines between live-action, animation, and visual FX, and typically features stories designed specifically to make you upset. Or at least, they’re really really weird.
He got his start at Art Center College Design, learning from storied Directors and DPs such as Alfonso Beato, Mark Rydell, and David Kellogg. He’s won an Emmy, an Addy, and is to date the youngest director to ever be featured at the Los Angeles Music Video festival.
